CdSE works with you to find the ideal venue for your wedding, one that suits your requirements and tastes, to provide a day that is unforgettable for you and your partner and guests.

CdSE provides particular attendance to your bespoke needs, by working closely with hand picked suppliers from venues to florists to catering to designers and much more besides, to create a magical wedding - a wedding you've always dreamed of.

Wedding Budget

In Spain, wedding menus are usually priced between €45 and €95 and remember to add 7% tax on top of this. Most menus will include the house wines, water, soft drinks and beers in the menu price. Normally a venue will suggest a 'free bar' to guests, which can include food, at a price of €9 - €18 per person to the bride & groom. Because people travel long distances to celebrate your wedding with you in Spain, this added treat is usually offered. There is normally no extra charge for chair coverings. The wedding cake can be the desert or pudding and included in the menu price.

CdSE charges a handling fee on all that we organize in the lead-up to and on your wedding day.

What Next?

Ideally we begin with an initial meeting face-to-face to establish certain important facts. By talking to us you can help us to understand your requirements which will in turn help us make the recommendations we feel reflect your taste, personality and style. At this meeting you can view images of various venues, both inland and on the Coast. If it isn't possible for you to meet us in person, we can speak by phone or email. Should you then decide to book CdSE we will prepare a bespoke proposal which will include:

a selection of venues (between 6 and 8) for you to consider for your wedding reception based on your criteria, with details on the individual properties.
Advice on the particular needs of your Wedding Ceremony -(1) Catholic Religious Wedding in a Catholic church or (2) Exchange of Vows with a Humanist Minister at the wedding venue or at another location of your choice - and Venue. Where Catholic, we ensure paperwork is in order and that the wedding is legally recognised; your marriage will be registered for you with the local authorities and the marriage certificate will normally take 3 weeks to be drawn up.

A variety of accommodations for your and your wedding guests exclusive to style and budget, from boutique hotels, luxury villas to ornate haciendas.
A listing of the services we can arrange, which will make your wedding day stand out in people’s memories.

On receipt of the above, we recommend that you travel to Spain to view the selected venues. This can normally be done over 2 days and introductions to service suppliers e.g. DJ \ Musicians \ Beauty therapists \ Florist etc can be arranged, time allowing.

We can also look at potential Meet, Greet & Eat venues which will suit you and your wedding party to meet up in on arrival in Spain - this usually takes place a couple of nights before the wedding.

Following this, should you decide to avail of our service, your Wedding Path Schedule is prepared to plan and design your wedding from this reconnaissance trip - during which you will book a venue - up to the wedding date. This will help guide you through every important aspect of your event so that at all times you know what is happening with the planning of your wedding.

We will:

Liaise with your chosen Reception Venue on all agreed aspects of detail.
Negotiate itinerary of Accommodation for you and your guests, exclusive to style and budget, from boutique hotels, luxury villas to ornate haciendas. CdSE can find the right place for you whether it is one of these, or one of the many 5-star hotels on the Costa del Sol.
Co-ordinate with Photographer, Florist, Musicians & Entertainers on style and direction.
Arrange for qualified mobile beauty therapist(s) e.g. nails, hair, waxing & tanning and hairdresser(s) to do trials. This usually takes place on a visit to the Coast before your wedding date. Waxing, tanning and nails will take place a couple of days before your wedding - with hair & makeup on the day of your wedding.
Event manage Casino tables at your reception; also Flamenco Show after dinner.
A masseur / masseuse to your accommodation to ensure a sound night's sleep before the wedding, awakening refreshed and glowing.
Arrange Transportation by limousine or private car on your wedding day, with chilled cava or champagne, spirits and soft drinks of your choice.
Yacht pick-up service from marina to marina, if the wedding ceremony is on the beach.
Helicopter transfers
Provide the facility of a personal shopper for any last minute needs.
Personal Fitness Trainer to your accommodation. Or practice yoga by the sea - a perfect way, and setting, to start the day.
Arrange for a personal chef to cook dinner or a barbeque before or after your wedding day for family and friends, if staying in an apartment or villa.
Attend on the day to ensure your wedding runs smoothly. CdSE normally stays on site up to the commencement of the wedding meal. In the event CdSE is organizing the music, a consultant will remain on site to oversee the set-up and testing of all equipment. And we definitely want to see the first dance if you don't mind!
