You may use the hotel pool, which adjoins Roberto’s restaurant, and overlooks the sea. There is also a pool below the aprtment. You may also use the gym and hotel laundry facilities.
At Extra Cost – advance notice will be required:
- Apartment pre-stocking from basic food stuffs to full meals – useful on the day of your arrival to Spain
- Additional housekeeping hours
- Child minding service
- Catered food can be delivered daily or as often as required.
- Driver with vehicle for the duration of your stay
- Airport transfers by car or coach – you will be met in Arrivals by your driver who will have your personalized sign held up. No waiting involved.
- Green fees, buggies and golf club hire can be arranged - one month's notice required.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% booking deposit to secure rental. Full payment 60 days before the start of rental. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.
Security Deposit:
A Security Deposit is required. Once you vacate the apartment, an inspection will be done by the owner’s manager and subject to the apartment being left as it was handed over to you, this deposit will be lodged into your account within 7 working days.
Minimum Stay - 6 days and changeover day is flexible
