Situated in a gated community with security personnel on duty at the gate 24 hours a day, it also has security patrols throughout the community during the evening and night time hours. The house itself is equipped with a personal protection system to ensure the privacy and security of you and your guests.
Spacious living room and open-plan kitchen lead out to a private garden with swimming pool (approx 11m X 5m in size) and Jacuzzi for 4 – 5 people. The garden is generously supplied with modern, comfortable sun beds, a dining area with barbeque and a beautiful mediterrranean garden measuring approx 200m2. A sauna seats 4 – 6 people and has an adjoining heated shower (this is not used too often!)
The 18-hole golf courses minutes away are Aloha, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, La Quinta (27-holes) and Los Arqueros, and there are many more courses in the local Marbella area.

Booking notes
Security deposit of €1,000 per rental and a non-refundable 25% booking deposit to secure rental. Full payment 60 days before the start of rental. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.
Security Deposit:
A Security Deposit is required (as above). Once you vacate the villa, an inspection will be done by the house manager and subject to the villa being left as it was handed over to you, this deposit will be lodged into your account within 7 working days.
