Wine and Food pairing in a vineyard (Bodega) in the mountains above Marbella or in a traditional white village overlooking the Coast line. You will have your own personal wine sommelier to talk you through the wines, their provenance and the role Spanish wine plays globally. The 2 regions popular for their full-bodied red wines are Rioja and Ribero del Duero.

A little north of Marbella, the city of Ronda now boasts the most exciting wine region in southern Spain – some vineyards even sit in the famous Tajo gorge (featured in the book For Whom the Bell Tolls by Hemingway) below the town, while others, such as the award-winning Enkvist are based in nearby Gaucin. They include organic wines, such as those of Los Frutales, F. Schatz and Los Aguilares.
